A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, washington, regarding the city of
Kent Economic Development Corporation,
appointing Jon Johnson to fill the vacancy on
the Board of Directors.
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Board of
Directors for the Kent Economic Development Corporation; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 12.18 Kent City Code requires that the
Kent City Council fill vacancies on the Board of Directors for the
remainder of the unexpired term by an appointing resolution; NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Kent City Council does hereby appoint Jon
Johnson to fill the vacancy on the Economic Development
Corporation Board of Directors for the remainder of the unexpired
term of Berne Biteman.
Passed at a regular meeting of the city Council of the
