A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, regarding vacation of
certain property located west of Woodland Way
and south of South 262nd Place and more
particularly described as follows:
the west 50 feet of the east
215 feet of that portion of
the south half of the north
half of the southwest quarter
of the southeast quarter of
the northeast quarter of
Section 30, Township 22 North,
Range 5 East, W.M. lying south
of the north 30 feet thereof.
setting a public hearing for October 17, 1989
on the application of Thomas Drangsholt.
WHEREAS, a proper petition has been filed requesting
vacation of certain unnamed property located generally west of
Woodland Way and south of South 262nd Place, in the City of Kent,
as described in the title of this resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The public hearing on the aforesaid vacation
petition shall be at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council to
be held at 7:00p.m., October 17, 1989, in the Council Chambers of
the City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice of
the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the
necessary approval or rejection of or other information from the
Public Works or other appropriate Departments and then shall
transmit information to the City Council so that the matter may be
considered by the City Council at a regular meeting on October 17,
1989.
