A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, washington, regarding the
vacation of certain property generally located
at South 208th, more particularly described as
set forth below, setting a public hearing for
September 6, 1988, on the application of
Central Pre-Mix.
WHEREAS, proper petition has been filed requesting
vacation of certain property generally located at South 208th in
the City of Kent, and more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land 25 feet in width running
from 76th Avenue South easterly to the
Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way
a distance of 128 feet located between
Lot A of O'Brien Station Garden Tracts and
Lot 6, Block c, of the plat of the Town of
Van.
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A public hearing on the aforesaid vacation
petition shall be at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council to
be held at 7 o'clock p.m., September 6, 1988, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice of
the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the
necessary approval or rejectment of or other information from the
Public Works Department and it shall transmit information to the
City Council so that the matter may be considered by the City
Council at a regular meeting on September 6, 1988.
