A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, regarding vacation of
a portion of certain property at South 212th
Street, more particularly described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein, setting a public hearing
for October 6, 1987 on the application of
Pacific Ventures, Inc.
WHEREAS, proper petition has been filed requesting
vacation of certain property and a portion of South 212th, in the
City of Kent, as described in the title of this resolution and on
Exhibit "A"; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A public hearing on the aforesaid vacation
petition shall be at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council to
be held at 7 o'clock p.m. October 6, 1987, in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice of
the hearing and cause a notice to be posted as provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the
necessary approval or rejection of or other information from the
Water, Street and Sewer Departments and shall transmit information
to the City Council so that the matter may be considered by the
City Council at a regular meeting on October 6, 1987.

That portion of the Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 22
North, Range 5 East, w. M. King county, Washington described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 3tCity of Kent SP-85-1
as recorded in King County under Auditor File #8506201013;
thence North 89°57 1 05 11 East a distance of 170.59 feet to the
True Point of Beginning of property herein described; thence
North 89°56 1 10 11 East a distance of 140.70 feet; thence South
83°13 1 45 11 West a distance of 85.59 feet; thence South 30°24 1 23 11
West a distance of 52.20 feet; thence North 89°56 1 10 11 East a
distance of 30.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 3 in
said plat; thence North along a line which line is the East
line of said Lot 3 projected northerly to the True Point of
Beginning; EXCEPT the North 5.00 feet thereof.
