A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, vlashington, regarding vacation of
South 27th Avenue, south of 246th to the end of
the roadway, and more particularly described as
follows:
All that portion of 27th Avenue South
abutting Lots 8 through 11, Block 21, and
Lots 32 through 35, Block 20, according to
the Plat of Interurban heights, Third
Section, as recorded in Volume 17 of
Plats, Page 87, Records of King County,
Washington.
setting a public hearing for December 1, 1986
[application of Eugene and Young Choyj.
WHEREAS, a proper petition has been filed requesting
vacation of South 27th Avenue, south of 246th to the end of the
roadway, in the City of Kent, as described in the title of this
resolution: NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A public hearing on the aforesaid vacation
petition shall be at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council to
be held at 7 o'clock p.m., December 1, 1986, in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice of
the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the
necessary approval or rejection of or other information from the
Water, Street, and Sewer Departments and shall transmit such
information to the City Council so that the matter can be
considered by the City Council at a regular meeting on December 1,
1986.
