A RESOLUTION of the City of Kent,
Washington, regarding vacation of s. 209th
Street within the City of Kent, and setting a
public hearing for May 19, 1986. [E & H
Properties application]
WHEREAS, a proper application and petition has been filed
requesting vacation of a portion of s. 209th Street, described as
follows:
and
All of s. 209th Street, as shown on the
plat of Daon Addition, recorded in
Volume 116 of Plats, pages 57-59, records
of King county, washington.
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to set a public hearing on
said application and petition; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A public hearing on the application of E & H
Properties for the vacation of s. 209th Street, above identified,
shall be at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council to be held
at 7 o'clock p.m., May 19, 1986, in the Council Chambers of City
Hall, Kent, Washington.:
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice of
the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the
necessary approval or rejection of, or other information from the
water, street, and sewer departments and shall transmit said
information to the City Council so that the matter can be
considered by the City Council at a regular meeting on May 19,
1986.
