A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, approving Des Moines
Sewer District Resolution 1985-17.
WHEREAS, a plan of additions and betterments of the Des
Moines sewer District consisting of a resolution of the sewer
district numbered and entitled:
Resolution 1985-17
A RESOLUTION of the Board of Commissioners
of Des Moines Sewer District, King County,
Washington, adopting a plan of additions and
betterments to the comprehensive plan for a
system of sewers for the District, as
amended, consisting of the upgrading of the
existing primary treatment facility of the
district to a secondary treatment facility
and also providing the method for paying the
costs thereof.
has been submitted to the City of Kent for approval, pursuant to
RCW 56.08.020; and
WHEREAS, the City Council having reviewed the plan and
finding it adequate; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That plan, set forth in Des Moines Sewer
District Resolution 1985-17, to amend and add to the sewer system
of the Des Moines Sewer District, be and the same is hereby
approved.
Passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
