A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, relating to the City
of Kent Economic Development Corporation;
appointing Walt Ramsey to fill the unexpired
term of Mike Miller.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Walt Ramsey is hereby appointed to fill the
unexpired term of Michael Miller, position 4 on the Board of
Directors of the City of Kent Economic Development Corporation.
Mr. Ramsey shall serve until his resignation, removal by the City
Council, or the position is regularly filled by the City Council.
Passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Kent Washington this 18th day of November 1985.
Concurred in by the Mayor of the City of Kent, this ~
day of November, 1985.
