A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington directing the
supervisor of Treasury Accounting to segregate
an assessment levied under LID 300.
WHEREAS, EK & Assoc. and Jim Plemmons, through Elizabeth
Stewart, Escrow Officer, have requested segregation of a certain
assessment levied against a property within local Improvement
District No. 300; and
WHEREAS, all clerical and engineering fees have been paid
as required by law, and the application being in all respects
proper; NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 -The supervisor of Treasury Accounting, be and
she is hereby authorized and directed to segregate the assessments
requested by EK & Assoc. and Jim Plemmons, through Elizabeth
Stewart, Escrow Officer, upon application attached hereto as
EXHIBIT A and incorporated herein by reference as if fully set
forth.
Section·2 -The Assessment involved is Assessment No. 34
of Local Improvement District No. 300.
Passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Kent washington this ~ day of ~ 1985.
