RESOLUTION NO. I(} IV
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington amending the Sanitary
Sewer Comprehensive Plan to include a parcel of
property in the vicinity of 104th Avenue
Southeast and Southeast 224th Street.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Kent Sanitary Sewer Comprehensive
Plan is hereby amended to include a parcel of property in the
vicinity of 104th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 224th Street, as
more particularly defined in the description attached hereto, and
made a part hereof, as Appendix A.
