A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, washington amending the sewer
franchise boundary to include a parcel of
property in the vicinity of 104th Avenue
Southeast and Southeast 224th Street.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Kent Sewer Franchise Boundary is
hereby extended to include a parcel of property in the vicinity of
104th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 224th Street, as more
particularly defined in the description attached hereto, and made
a part hereof, as Appendix A.
Passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Kent washington this r:::;;B.j_ day of ct..e..6-19 8 4.
