A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Kent, Washington, regarding vacation of a portion of an alley in Washington Central Improvement Company's First Addition to the City of Kent. WHEREAS, a proper petition has been filed requesting vacation of a portion of an alley in Washington Central Improvement Company's First Additon to the City of Kent, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE: Section 1. That the hearing on the aforesaid vacation shall be at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council to be held at 8 o'clock p.m., March 15, 1982 in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Kent, Washington. Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice of the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided by law. Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the necessary approval or rejection of the Water, Street and Sewer Departments and shall transmit said information to the City Council so the matter can be considered by the City Council at a Regular Meeting of March 15, 1982. PASSED at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council this 16th day of February, 1982. EXHIBIT A ALLEY LEGAL DESCRIPTION That portion of a 16-foot-wide alley lying adjacent to Lots 13 through 22 of Block 18 of Washington Central Improvement Co.'s First Addition to Kent as recorded in Vol. 3 of Plats on page 97, records of King County, Washington, and adjacent to unplatted portions of land lying north of said Block 18 and south of the southerly margin of Pioneer St.
