A RESOLUTION of the City Council
of the City of Kent, Washington, regarding
vacation of an alley in the Kent Addition to
the City of Kent.
WHEREAS, a proper petition has been filed requesting
vacation of an alley lying within Block 3 of Kent Addition to the
City of Kent as recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, Page 165, Records of
King County, Washington; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. That a hearing on the aforesaid vacation
be at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council to be held at 8dclock
p.m. June 1, 1981 in the Council Chambers of Kent City Hall, Kent,
Washington.
Section 2. The Clerk shall give proper notice of
the hearing and cause notice to be posted as provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the
necessary written approval or rejection of the Water, Sewer and Street
Departments and shall transmit said information to the City Council so
the matter can be considered by the City Council at a regular meeting
of June 1, 1981.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Kent, Washington and approved by the Mayor at
a regular meeting of May 4, 1981. _:;,;
