A RESOLUTION of the City of Kent,
Washington, regarding vacation of the Rosauer
Short Plat, a short plat in the City of Kent.
WHEREAS, a proper petition has been filed requesting
vacation of the Rosauer Short Plat designated by the City of
Kent as Short Subdivision SPC 78-21 and recorded under King
County Recording No. 7902080871, NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. The hearing on the aforesaid vacation shall
be at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council to be held at
8 o'clock p.m. April 6, 1981 in the Council Chambers of Kent
City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice of
the hearing and cause notice to be posted as provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the nec-
essary approval or rejection of the Water, Sewer and Street de-
partments and shall transmit said information to the City Council
so the matter can be considered by the City Council at a Regular
Meeting of April 6, 1981.
