A RESOLUTION of the City Council
of the City of Kent, Washington, regarding
vacation of a portion of South 238th Street
in the City of Kent.
WHEREAS a proper petition has been filed requesting
vacation of a portion of South 238th Street, a dedicated street
in the City of Kent, more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, NOW,
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON,
DO HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. That the hearing on the aforesaid vaca-
tion shall be at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council to
be held at 8 o'clock p.m., March 17, 1980 in the Council Chambers
in City Hall, Kent, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice
of the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided by
law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the
necessary approval or rejection of the Water, Street and Sewer
Departments and shall transmit said information to the City
Council so the.matter can be considered by the City Council at
a Regular Meeting of March 17, 1980.
PASSED at a Regular Meeting of the Kent City Council
