A RESOLUTION of the City
Council of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending Resolution No.
1407, which segregated assessment
number 45 levied under L.I.D. 327.
WHEREAS, on October 5, 1994, the City passed its Resolution
No. 1407, segregating two parcels from assessment number 45, levied
under L.I.D. 327; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1407 attributed inaccurate assessment
numbers to the newly segregated assessments. NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 4 of Resolution No. 1407 of the City of
Kent is hereby amended as follows:
Section 4. The new assessment amount for the newly
segregated tract that will be subject to assessment 45-4
45-5 shall be $19,178.69; the new assessment amount for
the remainder of the property originally subject to
assessment number 45 shall be equal to the amount
remaining due under the original assessment number 45
less the assessment amounts now attributed to the tracts

subject to the newly formed assessment numbers 45-1, 45-
2, 45-3 , 45-4 and 45-5.
