A RESOLUTION of the City of Kent,
Washington, regarding emergency or disaster
assistance funds, designating the Fire Chief as
representative of the City for purposes of
obtaining the funds.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Norm Angelo, Fire Chief, is hereby authorized
to,act, for and on behalf of the City of Kent, a non-charter code
city established under the laws of the State of Washington, as the
authorized representative for the City of Kent for the purposes of
obtaining federal andjor state emergency or disaster assistance
funds.
Passed at a regular meeting of the city Council of the
City of Kent, Washington this day of <fgd/-1990.
