A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Kent, Washington, providing that
conveyance of real property through deed andjor
dedication to the City should be free and clear
of encumbrances subject to discretion of
affected department head.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Resolution No. 1131 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Real property deeded andjor dedicated as part
of any subdivision or a public improvement requirement shall be
conveyed to the City free and clear of all encumbrances, subject
to the discretion of the department head of the department
affected by the said deed or dedication.
Passed at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
