Project: Comprehensive Shoreline Master Program Development
Purpose: In accordance with legislative appropriation and the original agreement,
this grant is formally amended to make funding accessible in Year 3, (Fiscal
Year 2009-2010).
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED THAT THIS GRANT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS
1. This amendment is effective on July 1, 2009
2. The period of performance is extended to June 30, 2010.
3. The Total Project Budget for this agreement is unchanged However, funding for Year 3 in
the amount of $10,000, is hereby released for SMP update work in accordance with the
original agreement and a distribution as follows:
Task 1 Project Coordination $2,000
Task 6 SMP 6,pproval Process $8,000
Except as expressly provided by this amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
original agreement including any amendments thereto remain in full force and effect.
I WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby execute this amendment.
