All other provisions of the original Agreement or prior Amendments not inconsistent with this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, Consultant or Vendor's work is modified as follows: 1. Through review after permit submittal Puget Sound Energy (PSE) has requested that the storm drainage design be revised to allow for required 50' dia clear access to the transmission pole located at the north end of the project,just south of the Meeker St ROW. Task 1 - Stormwater Design Changes The items have been identified for additional work associated with the storm drainage revisions, to bring the plan set up to 60%as previously submitted. • Resizing and redesigning the conveyance system • Stormwater modeling update and resizing the bioretention facility • Revising the drainage report (graphics and some supporting text) • Revising storm drainage plans, profiles and details • Stormwater phasing and construction sequence (this is based on the understanding that the PSE facility will likely go into construction first) • Revising grading plans • Site Prep and Grading Plans (3 plan sheets) Revise Landscaping plan and schedule • Landscape Plans (2 plan sheets, 1 detail sheets) • Revise quantity takeoffs and estimate (for civil, grading, planting and stormwater) • 60%revised design check print for City Permitting and PSE plan review • 90%revised design submittal (for review by City and PSE • Coordination to incorporate updated stormwater plans into PSE construction set In addition, there will be some associated support and coordination with PSE to provide for phased construction, with the substation going to construction first, before the improvements for the Interurban Trail. o Provide support for coordination with PSE for substation redevelopment, including a combined package for permit submittal. o Additional project management for coordination, meetings, and invoicing.
