All other provisions of the original Agreement or prior Amendments not inconsistent with this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, Contractor's work is modified as follows: 1. Section 10.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Term of Agreement" is hereby modified to read as follows: The term of this agreement shall be from February 1, 2023, through December 31, 2025, unless extended or terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
