Dear Chief Rafael Padilla:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the rate increases for Enumclaw City Jail after our
remodel completion. (Date TBD) The new rates for 2025 will be:
1. Daily Rate increase from $120.00 per day to $140.00 per day.
2. Guaranteed Bed Rate increase from$90.00 per day to $120.00.
3. Self-pay Commitment Rate increase from $120.00 per day to $150.00 per day.
4. Administrative Book and Release Fee - $50.00 (guaranteed and non-guaranteed agencies)
This increase is necessary due to the continuing rising costs associated with inmate care and
housing. Also, it is needed to ensure we continue to provide consistent professional care and
services to our valued outside agencies.
