For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the project contract is modified as follows: 1. Contract Length: October 1", 2024-October 31', 2024 Contract Scope: Pruning: - Pruning will be take place in all areas where shrubs & groundcovers are overgrowing into/onto sidewalks, curblines and roadways for pedestrian and vehicular safety. No other formal pruning will take place until 2025 contract begins on May 11, 2025. Frequency: Once Weed Control: - Weed control will be applied in all bed areas. This will include line trimming or removing weeds and debris from bed space. Upon completion of line trimming and removing, weeds will be sprayed and pre-emergent will be applied.
