Dear Mr. Attebery,
This letter constitutes your Notice to Proceed with the Riverbend Golf Course Cart Path
Repair Project.
Included with this notice is a fully executed Public Works Agreement in the not-to-
exceed amount of $51,176.88 including WSST.
The contract expiration and Substantial Completion date is 5 business days after the
initial start of physical work continent upon weather conditions. Work on site
must be substantially completed by that date unless change orders are executed
allowing modification of the original agreement. The initial start of the physical work
will be agreed upon between the Project Manager and the contractor after initial site
walk-through.
City of Kent Purchase Order # 181328 has been issued for this contract. Please
reference this PO# on all invoices.
Send all invoices and supporting documentation to APInvoices@KentWA.gov.
To avoid payment delays, file the required Prevailing Wage Intent with L&I at the
earliest opportunity.
