RE: Contract CAG2024-235: Vendor to inspect and provide maintenance on stormwater
systems at carious City of Kent locations.
To whom it may concern:
We have made the final inspection of the serviced stormwater systems, and it is
completed to my satisfaction as of August 8th, 2024. This letter serves as final
acceptance of the project. To avoid holding payment for services, please complete all
necessary documentation with the state, including filing intent and affidavit. Please
submit invoices to APInvoices@kentwa.gov and reference contract number CAG2024-
235 or PO: 180414.
