By increasing the slope of the sanitary sewer line,it will be 18 inches below the water main piping which follows established practices for separation.Elevation will be accommodated within the building plumbing following the appropriate plumbing requirements. We believe this approach will reduce overall costs while allowing the work to progress with minimal schedule impacts as these materials have already been submitted, approved, and delivered to the project. This also appears to have the smallest cost impact to the Owner.
