Awaiting an Official Response See attached for a combined markup from City of Kent and CPL. Kent reviewer David Brock made proposed changes to the design to swap out pipe materials. In the sketch dated 5/29, further changes were made to a few pipe inverts and slopes to provide more cover so the pipe material could remain as originally specified. CPL has reviewed these changes and approves them. City comments are in red and black, CPL comments in blue. These design changes will be incorporated into the CPL drawings and issued at a later date. This attached sketch and RFI response serve as official design direction.
