Update and Supplements General Code's supplementation service includes, but is not limited to, codification of new ordinances,creation of files for a web-based code, publishing of supplements to the printed code, and code archiving. Kent receives online on-demand updates, meaning that new ordinances will be incorporated into the online code as General Code receives them. Web updates include ordinances, history notes, and the disposition table(s), as well as validating internal cross- references and citations to state statutes. Kent will also receive quarterly cumulative supplements. During this process, General Code will update the code's new pages, preface,statutory references, and provide a PDF option of all the affected pages including a directions page detailing how to remove obsolete pages and add new pages to reflect the changes. Formatting and editorial styles are kept consistent. Standard Web Hosting • Settings—Click on the settings icon to change font contrast, size,type, and line spacing. ADA settings are here. • Browse Nested Subsections—For codes with several levels of nested subsections, the subsection alphanumeric(s)display and can be shared or printed. • Smart Search—Returns the most relevant results, understands Boolean terms and includes multiple documents(see Additional Document Hosting).
