This letter constitutes your Notice To Proceed with the Kiwanis Tot Lot #4 Renovation
Project. Included with this notice is a fully executed Public Works Agreement in the
not-to-exceed amount of $424,876.10 including WSST.
The contract expiration and Substantial Completion date is (100 working days
from 7/1/2024 date). Work on site must be substantially completed by that date
unless change orders are executed which modify the original agreement.
City of Kent Purchase Order # 180923 is issued for this contract. Please
reference this PO# on all invoices.
Send all invoices and supporting documentation to APInvoices@KentWA.gov.
To avoid payment delays, file the required Prevailing Wage Intent with L&I at the
earliest opportunity.
