Commission Chair Veele called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.

Friendly Changes to timing for Item 5 from 60 to 20 minutes

4. New Park Commission Operating Framework:
Director Parascondola presented the "Parks Commission 2024 Framework
Change" PowerPoint presentation to the commission. "The Kent Parks &
Recreation Commission 2024 Commission Engagement Schedule of
Opportunities" handout was given to the commissioners. Q&A occurred. No
actions or decisions were made.
S. Riverbend Concessions:
Vice Chair Taek led the discussion regarding the Riverbend Concessions model.
