This letter constitutes your Notice to Proceed with the Uplands Playfield and Spray Park
- Concept Plan & Improvements project.
Included with this letter is a fully executed Consultant Services Agreement in the not-
to-exceed amount of $225,600. The contract termination date is 3/31/2025, at which
time all work must be complete or the appropriate amendments executed allowing
modification of the original agreement.
City of Kent Purchase Order #179301 is issued for this contract. Please reference
this PO# on all invoices. Send all invoices and supporting documentation to
APInvoices@kentwa.gov.
