All other provisions of the original Agreement or prior Amendments not inconsistent with this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect. GeoEngineers will perform a Phase 1 ESA to identify RECs in connection with the property and will address all applicable standards.Their activities will include a wide range of research activities as well as collection of up to 15 soil samples at depths of 1-foot, 3- feet and 5-feet to evaluate for the potential presence of hazardous substances in the soil including: diesel and heavy oil petroleum hydrocarbons, semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) and Priority Pollutant Metals (antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, copper, mercury, nickel, lead, selenium, silver,titanium and zinc.)
