All other provisions of the original Agreement or prior Amendments not inconsistent with this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, Consultant or Vendor's work is modified as follows: 1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled "Description of Work," is hereby modified to add additional work or revise existing work as follows: In addition to work required under the original Agreement and any prior Amendments, the Consultant or Vendor shall: As described in the attached exhibit A, incorporated herein, consultant shall provide testing of site soils for contamination. 2. GeoEngineers will perform a Phase 1 ESA to identify RECs in connection with the property and will address all applicable standards.Their activities will include a wide range of research activities as well as collection of up to 15 soil samples at depths of 1-foot, 3- feet and 5-feet to evaluate for the potential presence of hazardous substances in the soil including: diesel and heavy oil petroleum hydrocarbons, semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) and Priority Pollutant Metals (antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, copper, mercury, nickel, lead, selenium, silver,titanium and zinc.) In total,this additional services request is$16,025 and it comprised of the following elements: - Complete a Phase 1 ESA for the property including review of available information and interviews of people familiar with the history of the property - Soil laboratory chemical analysis - Data interpretation and recommendations - Coordination, management and incorporation of findings into design process Please call if you have any questions or comments regarding this proposal.Thank you for your consideration.
