The added services amending the current contract include: • Task 7.4 - Construction Administration Services: Provide services that include submittal review/approval, RFI response, change order proposals and requests, and pay request review/approval. Fee based on an assumed 20 submittals, RFls, or Change Orders. • Task 7.5 -Weekly Construction Progress Meetings: Prepare for and attend weekly construction meetings. Agenda, meeting notes, and weekly statement of working days will be prepared and distributed by City with review and comment of meeting notes by MacLeod Reckord. Fee based on an assumed 10 on-site construction meetings (twice monthly during a 5-month construction schedule). • Additional invoicing. • Direct expenses for additional site visit mileage.
