Chair Piecewicz called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
2. Roll Call
All Commissioners were present.
3. Changes to the Agenda
There were no changes to the agenda.
4. Approval of the Minutes
Commissioner Zaratkiewicz made a motion to approve the minutes
from the October 27, 2021 Civil Service Commission meeting. Motion
was moved and seconded by Commissioner Thomas; motion passed 3-
0.
S. Consent Items to Accept
A. Memo dated November 10, 2021 from Chief Examiner Winecka with eligibility list
removals through November 10, 2021.
B. Email dated November 10, 2021 from Ofr. Shane Walter tendering his resignation
effective December 15, 2021.
C. Letter dated November 15, 2021 from Ofr. Eli Morris tendering his resignation
effective November 29, 2021.
D. Letter and corresponding memo dated November 16, 2021 appointing Peter
Stewart to the rank of Probationary Sergeant effective December 1, 2021.
E. Memo dated November 18, 2021 from Chief Padilla providing notice of discipline
to Sgt. Tim Barbour.
F. Letter dated November 10, 2021 from Chief Padilla congratulating Skye Yaranon

There being no questions, Commissioner Thomas made a motion to accept
consent items A-T. Commissioner Zaratkiewicz seconded the motion;
motion passed 3-0.

A. Continuous Testing Eligibility List for Lateral/Experienced Police Officer that was
established on October 25, 2021.
B. Eligibility list for the Parking Enforcement Assistant that was established on October
25, 2021.
C. Continuous Testing Eligibility List for Entry Level Police Officer that was established
on October 27, 2021.
D. Continuous Testing Eligibility List for Lateral/Experienced Police Officer that was
established on October 28, 2021.
E. Eligibility list for the rank of Commander that was established on November 10,
2021.
F. Continuous Testing Eligibility List for Lateral/Experienced Police Officer that was
established on November 18, 2021.
G. Continuous Testing Eligibility List for Lateral/Experienced Police Officer that was
established on December 2, 2021.
H. Continuous Testing Eligibility List for Lateral/Experienced Police Officer that was
established on December 8, 2021.
I. Continuous Testing Eligibility List for Entry Level Police Officer that was established
on December 8, 2021.
There being no questions, Commissioner Thomas made a motion to approve
items A-I. Commissioner Zaratkiewicz seconded the motion; motion passed
3-0.

There being nothing further, Chair Piecewicz made a motion to adjourn.
Commissioner Zaratkiewicz seconded the motion; motion passed 3-0. Meeting
