Enhancement Hours Request No. 1
to Statement of Work No. 6
Application Management Services for J.D. Edwards
This Enhancement Hours Request No. 1 ("Enhancement Request") is issued pursuant to that certain
Statement of Work No. 6 for Application Management Services for J.D. Edwards dated November 8, 2023
(the "AMS JDE SOW") between Rimini Street, Inc. ("Rimini Street") and City of Kent, Washington
("Client"). This Enhancement Request shall become part of and subject to the terms and conditions of the
AMS JDE SOW which except as modified herein, remains unchanged and in full force and effect. This
Enhancement Request will be effective as of the date of the last signature of the parties below
("Enhancement Request Effective Date").
1. Purchase of Additional Hours for Enhancements. Pursuant to Section 5.13 (Additional Fees) of the
AMS JDE SOW, Client elects to purchase one hundred (100) additional Enhancement Hours at the
rate of$120.00 USD per hour.
2. Fees and Invoicing. The total amount due for the additional Enhancement Hours shall be prepaid.
Rimini Street shall invoice Client the total amount of $12,000.00 USD for the one hundred (100)
additional Enhancement Hours, and Client shall pay the total amount in advance of such Services being
provided. Payment shall be invoiced on the Enhancement Request Effective Date and shall be due
and payable within thirty (30) days following the date of Rimini Street's invoice. All payments to Rimini
Street are nonrefundable.
3. Expiration. The Enhancement Hours purchased hereunder shall expire on March 30, 2025. No credit
will be given for Enhancement Hours not used by the date of expiration and unused Enhancement
Hours will not carry forward to the next Year of the Support Period.
