This letter confirms your notification to proceed with the repair and paving at Van
Doren's Park, Scenic Hill Park and City Hall.
All work shall start as of this notice to proceed and be completed by May 3011 2024.
Please schedule all work with Kent Park Operations staff. To avoid holding payment
for services, please complete all necessary documentation with the state.
