To whom it may concern:
This letter confirms your notification to proceed with the repair and re-lamp of light
fixtures at Hogan Park in the City of Kent.
All work shall start as of this notice to proceed and be completed by March 31st, 2024.
Please schedule all work with Kent Park Operations staff. To avoid holding payment
for services, please complete all necessary documentation with the state.
