TERMINATION OF EASEMENT AGREEMENT
In consideration of mutual benefits derived, the City of Kent, a municipal
corporation, does hereby terminate that certain easement agreement recorded under
King County Auditor's File #7406180002 and does hereby release and relinquish all
rights under the Easement.
