The City of Kent, a Washington municipal corporation, as Grantor, for an in
consideration of mutual benefits, pursuant to City of Kent Resolution No. 2068,
adopted on November 28, 2023, by the Kent City Council, and that certain Interlocal
Agreement ,between the City of Kent and the City of Auburn Relating to the
Annexation of the Bridges, does hereby convey and quitclaim to the City of Auburn,
a Washington municipal corporation, as Grantee, and Grantee does hereby accept,
those certain real property interests legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto
and made a part of this Geed, together with any after-acquired title which the Grantor
may acquire; SUBJECT TO all rights, conditions, covenants, obligations, limitations
and reservations of record.
