Commission Chair Duggan called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.

3. Approve Minutes dated May 24, 2023:

4. New Date for Nov/December Meeting:
Q&A and vote occurred. Unanimous in favor of canceling November's meeting and
moving December's meeting to Thursday, December 7.

Lengths/Limits:
Director Parascondola updated the Commission on upcoming term lengths and
limits. Q&A occurred. No actions or decisions were made.
6. KCC Park Code 4.01 Revisions:
JP shared with the Commission a handout of the draft code, shared with the
Commission that they will be updating it, and asked the Commission to review it
for feedback. Q&A occurred. No actions or decisions were made.
7. Grants Awards for Parks $5.23 million:
Deputy Director Brian Levenhagen provided a high-level overview of the Grants
awarded to Parks. Q&A occurred. No actions or decisions were made.
S. 2023-2024 Mid-Bi Budget Adjustments:
Director Parascondola and Deputy Director Levenhagen updated the Commission
on the 2023-2024 Mid-Bi Budget Adjustments. No actions or decisions were made.
