RE: Contract CAG2023-607: Installation of 1 16'2" x 9Clopay 525V, white, vinyl back
insulated, 12' radius tracks, 2" reverse angle mounted to wood, torsion springs.

We have made the final inspection of the garage door at the Service Club maintenance
shop, and it is completed to our satisfaction as of December 29t", 2023. This letter
serves as final acceptance of the project. To avoid holding payment for services, please
complete all necessary documentation with the state.
