Terms
Each purchase of an Annual or Permanent license shall include Technical Support under the Administrative
Service Level Agreement (SLA). Such support encompasses basic assistance and administrative functions, in
accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Administrative SLA.Additionally, the license shall
entitle the purchaser to receive updates and upgrades during the covered period at no additional cost.
In the case of a Permanent license, Technical Support under the Administrative SLA shall be included for the
first year from the date of purchase. Thereafter, continuation of support shall be subject to a maintenance
renewal fee, as detailed in the applicable terms and conditions.
Customers may elect to hire higher tiers of SLA, subject to different pricing and terms, as may be outlined in
separate agreements or addenda.All such arrangements shall be governed by the relevant contractual
provisions and shall be subject to the mutual agreement of the parties.
