This letter confirms your notification to proceed with the wood light pole inspection and
treatment at the following locations: Hogan Park @ Russell Road, located at 24400
Russell Road, Kent WA 98032; Kent Memorial Park, located at 850 Central Ave. N Kent
WA 98032, and Earthworks Park located at 100 Reiten Rd. Kent Wa 98032.
All work shall start as of this notice to proceed and be completed by 2-29-24. Please
schedule all work with Kent Park Operations staff. To avoid holding payment for
services, please complete all necessary documentation with the state.
