This request is needed to complete pay estimates, change orders, project coordination, and other federally funded closeout documentation. Our last supplement assumed the contractor would complete their punchlist items and turn in their documentation by late summer. The contractor's work has continued and may not be complete by year end. KBA appreciates the City's inspection staff covering punch list work in the field to help manage our CM budget.Since the summer,we have pulled back our presence to an as needed basis for the RE only and will continue to work as lean and efficient as possible as we work to close this project out.
