We have made the final inspection of the debris cleanup at North Meridian Park natural
area located at 22828 120th Ave SE, Kent, WA 98031 (accessed from the intersection
of SE 229t" PI & 120th Ave SE) and it is completed to my satisfaction as of November
21, 2023. This letter serves as final acceptance of the project. To avoid holding
payment for services, please complete all necessary documentation with the state.
