RE: Contract CAG2023-580: Concrete coating of floors of the buildings at the following
locations: Glenn Nelson Park, Garrison Creek Park, Kent Memorial Park, and Town
Square Plaza.
Mr. Wienderaenders:
This letter confirms your notification to proceed with the concrete coating of the floors
of the buildings at the following locations: Glenn Nelson Park, located at 3216 S.268th
St, Kent WA 98032; Garrison Creek Park located at 9615 S. 2181h St., Kent, WA
98031; Kent Memorial Park, located at 850 N Central, Kent WA 98032; and at Town
Square Plaza, located at 426 W Smith, Kent WA 98032.
All work shall start as of this notice to proceed and be completed by December 31,
2023. Please schedule all work with Kent Park Operations staff. To avoid holding
payment for services, please complete all necessary documentation with the state.
