The RCO agrees to release King County of all responsibilities as sponsor under this agreement and the RCO and the King County hereby transfer all project rights and responsibilities for the Lake Meridian Park to the City of Kent. 2. The City of Kent by signing this amendment agrees(1)to accept the transfer of the project agreement for the Lake Meridian Park from King County and-the RCO, and (2) to fully comply with project agreement in the place of King County, including manage the subject property under the terms and conditions contained in the project agreement for the above-referenced project agreement Except for this substation of sponsor, in all other respects,the above-referenced agreement,to which this is an amendment, shall remain in full force and effect.
