Commission Vice-Chair Arellano called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.

3. Approve Minutes dated April 26, 2023:

4. Youth, Teen, and Adaptive Recreation Programming Update:
A handout of the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services 2023 Community Events was
handed out. A presentation titled "Adaptive Recreation and Youth/Teen Programs" was
presented to the commission by Parks Recreation. Q&A occurred. No actions or decisions
were made.
S. TEDx Talk on Anthropocene:
Commissioner Kim led the discussion of the video they watched before the Commission
meeting on Anthropocene and its applicability to the Commission and its function. Q&A
occurred. No actions or decisions were made.
