ADDENDUM 2 TO CONTRACT CAG2023-051
This Addendum 2 to the Services Agreement—Contract CAG2023-051 ("Original Agreement")signed January 30,
2023 is entered into by and between the City of Kent,Washington having its principal address at 220 Fourth
Avenue South, Kent,WA,98032,and NPDESPro LLC,a Washington limited liability company having its principal
address at 202 E 34th Street,Tacoma,WA 98402.
In accordance with Section 3 of the parties'Original Agreement,the parties agree to amend the Order Schedule
to add the following additional Services:
- The addition of 10 optional Professional Services hours,with a Unit Price of$200 per hour. NOT TO
EXCEED 10 HOURS.

All acts consistent with the authority of the Agreement and this Addendum,and prior to the effective date of this
