MOTION: Move to approve the Minutes dated December 1, 2022

2. Indigent Defense Contract
MOTION: I move to approve the agreement for Indigent Defense
Services with STEWART MACNICHOLS HARMELL INC., P.S. in the
amount of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS ($1,246,920) per year, payable on a pro
rata basis through equal monthly payments from February 1, 2023,
through December 31, 2024, and authorize the Mayor to sign the
agreement subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to the
Parks Director and City Attorney.

3. Conflict Indigent Defense Contract
MOTION: I move to approve the agreement for Conflict Indigent
Defense Services with Valley Defenders PLLC in an amount not to
exceed $200,000 and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement
subject to final terms and conditions acceptable to the Parks Director
and City Attorney.
